1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Shamrock Bail Bonds website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Shamrock Bail Bonds provides bail bond services throughout all 67 counties in Florida. Our services include:

  • 24/7 bail bond posting and processing

  • Client consultation and guidance through the bail process

  • Coordination with detention facilities and courts

  • Payment plan arrangements

  • Court date reminders and compliance support

3. Client Responsibilities

When you contract with Shamrock Bail Bonds, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about the defendant

  • Ensure the defendant appears at all required court dates

  • Pay all fees and premiums as agreed upon in the bail bond contract

  • Notify us immediately of any address changes or potential issues

  • Cooperate fully with any requests for information or documentation

4. Payment Terms

Bail bond premiums are set at 10% of the total bail amount as required by Florida law. This premium is non-refundable. Payment plans may be available subject to approval and require:

  • An initial down payment as specified in your contract

  • Regular scheduled payments as agreed upon

  • Collateral or co-signer guarantees as determined necessary

5. Failure to Appear

If the defendant fails to appear in court as scheduled, you understand and agree that:

  • The full bail amount becomes immediately due and payable

  • We have the right to locate and apprehend the defendant

  • You are responsible for all costs associated with locating and returning the defendant

  • Any collateral provided may be forfeited to cover the bail amount

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect and use information only as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

Shamrock Bail Bonds shall not be liable for any delays or failures in service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to court closures, detention facility policies, or government actions. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for our services.

8. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others. You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

  • Transmit any harmful or malicious code

  • Use automated systems to scrape or collect data

  • Impersonate Shamrock Bail Bonds or our representatives

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lee County, Florida.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
